Does it matter which side you put the carbon brush with wear indicator in it on the 11E?

Vote for any length video that has sound/explaining in them. So much knowledge and even if some stuff repeats, it doesnt matter. Even saying aloud simple things likd part names and their purpose is interesting.

The most handy tool of all... the good ol flat head screwdriver. Not for the job it is intended for though lol

Here in New Zealand, Milwaukee reps go site to site offering swap outs. Give up your Makitas, Dewalts and so on and Milwaukee will give you a good price for full set. Its something like 30% off full price. Im a builder, i know alot of builders who have done the switch and have regretted it. When they fail it costs a fortune to repair or cant be repaired at all. I have never had issues with Makita, when they go wrong its always an easy fix. Stick to what you know!

It never ceases to amaze me that people dont always tell you what is wrong with the tool. They just dump it off. You are perfectly capable of discovering whats wrong yourself, but would surely help, if the user told you also?

Isn’t it a bit much to asK a manufacturer to design and manufacturer to protect the parts of a rotor from flying ball bearing . IF ITS MAKING NOISE STOP USING IT

Just replaced the rotor and brushes and brush holder, but got a crazy speed and battery git drained quite fast, need a bit of advice here, could be the trigger and mos ir just the mos transistor

"A toy" ? It's a perfectly good machine for many people that may not need to use it daily and under heavy loads .

The truth is that the corded machines are a dime a dozen in the U.S. at garage and yard sales. Nobody wants them. I find them in the dumpster in perfect working condition. Nobody can be bothered with a cord I guess.

For the Metabo drill, you are correct about the top cover. It is to house a speed controller. It's a higher wattage version of that drill. Thanks for another great video.
